Now for the fun stuff. I do have interests and hobbies outside of design, I know it's shocking. Here's a few of them.
Crafting
I spend a lot of time crafting. Home made is definitely my style. I enjoy scrapbooking, card making, crocheting, and many others. I love finding fun projects to make my own. You can check out some of my craft projects on my scrapbook blog.
Outdoorsy Stuff
I love mountain biking. If it's a nice day out and I'm free, you'll most likely find me on the trail. I also enjoy camping and hiking. There's nothing like being in the great outdoors.
Music
You might say I'm an avid audiophile. My husband got me into this hobby and we both enjoy sitting and listening to music for hours. Live concerts are always a treat as well. My musical taste vary all the way from classical to bluegrass to rock. I'm always on the lookout for a new artist to listen to.
Bowling
This is a recent hobby, but one I am really into. I try to go at least once a week and plan to join a league soon. I have found bowling to be such a stress reliever and it really takes a lot more skill than I ever thought it did! My high score right now is a 161.
Animals
I strive to be the type of person that my dog thinks I am. That's a quote to live by. I am a supporter of the ASPCA and the Humane Society of America. I would love to be able to take home all the dogs I see in the shelters, but since I can't I help out where I can and try to support the organizations that can do what I can't. My pets have always brought true happiness to my life and I can't even imagine life without a dog.
